Continuous education and scientific research are an essential part of the mission and daily work of Zan Mitrev Clinical Hospital. These activities are managed by the Education and Science Committee, operating in accordance with the hospital’s scientific research policies and principles of good clinical practice.

Zan Mitrev Clinical Hospital continuously organizes educational activities through weekly scientific and professional meetings. The hospital actively supports participation in national and international congresses, as well as professional training in renowned medical centers.

The hospital also organizes seminars, workshops and courses for its employees, as well as for healthcare professionals — doctors, nurses and pharmacists — from both the country and abroad. The goal of these activities is the continuous improvement of knowledge, skills and professional performance, with a focus on high-quality and modern healthcare.

Professors and assistants from various medical fields are actively involved in the hospital’s work. Since 2010, in cooperation with the “Goce Delčev” University in Štip, the hospital has provided theoretical and practical training for medical students and physicians specializing in general medicine.

Since its establishment in 2000, Zan Mitrev Clinical Hospital has actively contributed to the advancement of medicine and the improvement of healthcare systems. The hospital has conducted numerous scientific research projects, participated in international clinical studies and regularly presented scientific results at renowned international congresses.
