Before the Procedure or Intervention
Important Information to Share With Us
The more information we have in advance, the better we can organize your treatment.

If you are using private health insurance, please provide your policy information and notify your insurer in advance about the planned procedure.
Preoperative Assessment
Depending on the type of procedure, you may be scheduled for a preoperative assessment.
During this visit:
- A detailed medical history will be taken
- Laboratory tests will be performed
- Additional examinations may be carried out (ECG, ultrasound, X-ray, etc. if needed)
This assessment helps identify and stabilize any potential risks in advance, ensuring the procedure is safe and properly planned.
If you are scheduled for this assessment, please bring:
- Previous medical reports

- A list of all medications you are taking
How to Prepare
If you are scheduled for a surgical procedure:
- You will receive written instructions regarding the type of anesthesia
- You will be informed if fasting is required before the procedure
- You will receive guidance regarding the medications you are taking
Please carefully follow all instructions provided by the medical team.
What to Bring With You
- Medical reports, referrals and recommendations
- All current medications in their original packaging
- Comfortable clothing
- Nightwear or pajamas (if hospitalization is expected)
- Personal hygiene items
- Glasses (if you use them)
- Mobile phone and charger
- Required administrative documentation
What We Recommend You Do Not Bring

- Large amounts of cash
- Unnecessary credit cards
Each room includes a safe for storing personal belongings, but we recommend bringing only essential items.
Registration and Admission
On the day of admission:
- Check in at the Patient Information Desk
- Your personal information will be verified and updated
- You will sign admission and informed consent forms
- You will be escorted to your room
Please arrive at the scheduled time to ensure a smooth admission process.
Upon Admission – Nursing Assessment
After you are settled in:
- A nurse will confirm your personal and medical information
- Your blood pressure, temperature and other vital signs will be measured
- The time of your procedure will be confirmed
- Your current therapy and medications will be reviewed
For safety reasons, medications you bring with you cannot be stored in the room and will instead be kept in a designated area until discharge.
During Your Stay
During your stay, you will receive:
